At Bogio, we work 35 hours per week and spend the remaining 5 hours on ”Egentid”. Egentid is the Swedish concept of dedicating time to do something good for yourself and something that makes you happy. Egentid is taking an extra hour of sleep in the morning because you slept bad or to take an extra hour to exercise. Why? Because we know that the balance between work and private life is essential for feeling good, and if you feel good, you perform better.
