5 Examples of SMS Marketing Segments You Can Copy

3. All returning customers

This segment focuses on customers who have shopped more than once, making them a loyal customer base. These customers can be rewarded through VIP programs, exclusive pre-launches, and personalized offers. You can also modify the segment by specifying the number of times they’ve purchased. For example, ”All returning customers who have placed more than four orders” should target the most engaged customers.

  • VIP launches, giving early access to new products.
  • A personalized discount based on previous purchases.
  • Invitations to exclusive events.

4. Customers who have placed an order but haven't purchased anything in the past 6 months

This segment is perfect for a reactivation campaign. By reminding customers about your brand and offering a personalized discount, you can win back those at risk of leaving.

  • A reminder of previously purchased products or information about new items they might be interested in.
